CANCELLATION POLICIES: CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS, EARLY DEPARTURES AND REQUIRED PENALTIES
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the period and season (high, medium, low).
Failure to comply with these terms authorizes the hotel to withhold the amount of the first night or the confirmation deposit paid at the time of booking.
Any cancellation must be communicated by telephone or e-mail to info@hotelastorvictoria.it.
In case of early departure or late arrival on the arrival date, the total amount of the entire stay will be charged.
DOG FRIENDLY HOTEL
Small dogs (not exceeding 7 kg in weight) are welcome at our hotel. However, they cannot enter the breakfast room and restaurant room. We ask you to report their presence in advance when booking and to respect the other guests of the structure.
